Australia wide, shipping is free. The price you see on the checkout is all inclusive and there are no additional costs required. 

 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details to the email address you have specified on your account.

 

Artwork is generally dispatched within five (5) business days of placing your order for fine art prints and canvas prints,  greeting cards  will dispatch within two (2) business days. Original  artwork will dispatch within 5 Business days -Unless the art work is in an exhibition - The artist will make touch to advise if there are any unforeseen delays in this case

*note,  if  you have requested a hardwood frame on your canvas print please allow additional time for this to be manufactured.  

Artworks will be delivered within fourteen (14) business days (please allow longer for rural areas). An email will be sent to you about the shipping of the artwork.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

For all international shipments to selected countries, additional shipping costs will apply.

 

Charges will be added to the order summary on the checkout page once you've selected the destination country. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country.

 

Please check with your country's customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved.

 

RETURNS & COMMISSIONS 

 

• You have one full week (seven days) from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you’d like to return it.

• You will be entitled to one exchange for an item of the same or lesser value or a full refund if the artwork isnt right for you

• If you decide to return your piece, please make contact with us first on robrek1@outlook.com

• Repackage the artwork in the original packaging, and send us an email notifying of consignment details

• Return freight is payable by you (the customer) and must include full insurance for the replacement value 

• Commissioned artworks require a 30% non refundable deposit paid to REK artist prior to commencing work - you will receive multiple progress images during the artwork production for your consideration. If once received the art work isnt right, the balance will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist per the above mentioned .return guidelines. 

• Prints - prints are a made to order item, returning a print will incur a 30% restocking fee - return freight is paid by the customer.

COPYRIGHT

The Artist, REK , exclusively retains copyright ownership and all reproduction rights to the artwork. The artwork may not be reproduced in any manner without a written and signed agreement by the Artist. Under no circumstance is it permitted to use the artwork for commercial purposes.

Artwork refers to, but is not limited to, any image, file, physical painting or design produced by the Artist, REK. If you provided the photo that your artwork was based on, you acknowledge you have the rights to grant the Artist to use of that photo as a reference for the artwork.

The artwork supplied to you, may be used for private and personal use only.

You must credit the Artist when sharing the artwork on social media using any of these references:

Please treat the artist with respect. Do not claim the artwork as your own, do not modify, customise or change the artwork in any way and do not make any form of profit off of the artwork. Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by Copyright law.
